Messe Freiburg is ideally situated for public transport links. On train line 4, there is a train going to the Messe Freiburg stop every 7.5 minutes, which takes just ten minutes from the main train station.
Coming from the Black Forest and Kaiserstuhl, you can take the Breisgau S-Bahn (lines 1 and 11) to the Freiburg Messe/Universität station. From here, it’s then just an eight-minute walk to the Messe.
