WaterXChange Expo 2025 will specifically focus on Digital Transformation which is essential for organizations to stay competitive in today’s fast-evolving business landscape. However, this journey comes with challenges that must be carefully navigated. Key challenges include cultural resistance to change, talent shortages, legacy systems integration, data security, customer experience transformation, agility in implementation, regulatory compliance, operational challenges, and sustainability.
